UK Metals operates an extensive Health and Safety Policy, which covers all the relevant legislation related to the metals recycling industry. The system is continually revised to reflect the changing legislation. The Health and safety system is designed around risk management and safe working procedures. All employees are proven competent by external training; examination and practical test to obtain an NVQ level 2, Health and Safety Passport.
